Mark Walls of Safety National was recently interviewed concerning the National Workers Compensation & Disability Expo and regarding the leading group of workers compensation professionals now connected on LinkedIn in the Workers Comp Analysis Group.
Mark Walls leads the discussion forum as administrator for the industry group on LinkedIn involving workers compensation attorneys, risk managers, adjusters, medical management teams, MSA specialists, structured settlement companies, healthcare network providers and many other ancillary workers compensation industry people with a membership now approaching 7,000 group members.
The strength of the discussion group has been influential in spotting national trends and airing out industry concerns as well as serving as a platform for networking of workers compensation industry professionals. A lot of those same members contribute to the LexisNexis Workers Compensation Law Center for national and state developments affecting workers compensation.
Several leading members of the Workers Comp Analysis Group served on a panel for an Executive Round Table discussion at the workers compensation and disability conference hosted by LRP at the LasVegas Convention Center.
The interesting part of the Executive Workers Compensation Round Table panel discussion group was that the key topics were actually chosen by polling the LinkedIn workers compensation group’s membership.
